At KRAFT MODUS, it’s important to us that your equipment arrives quickly and safely – with no hidden costs or complicated processes.
1. Delivery information
We dispatch our products directly from our warehouse in Upper Austria. As we know you’re keen to get started with your training, we process every order within 24 hours (on working days).
Delivery destinations & costs
Austria:
Standard delivery (2–3 working days): €6.99
Free delivery on orders over €50
Germany:
Standard delivery (2–3 working days): €6.99
Free delivery on orders over €50
Other EU countries: On request or a flat rate of €28.46
We deliver to the following additional European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
The applicable delivery charges are displayed at the checkout before you complete your order.
All delivery prices quoted are final prices. In accordance with the small business scheme under Section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.
Our delivery partners
We prioritise reliability. Your parcel will be processed via Sendcloud or Senddrop and, depending on the destination, dispatched via Austrian Post, DHL, DPD or FedEx. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details by email, provided that tracking is available for the relevant consignment.
