Refund policy

The term "right of withdrawal" ("Widerrufsrecht") commonly used in Germany and used in the EU Consumer Rights Directive corresponds to the term "right of rescission" ("Rücktrittsrecht") commonly used in Austria. We therefore use the synonymous pair of terms "Right of Withdrawal (Right of Rescission)". In the cancellation instructions, only the term "Right of Withdrawal" is used. This is synonymous with the Austrian term "Right of Rescission".

Non-existent Right of Withdrawal (Right of Rescission)
There is no right of withdrawal (right of rescission) for:
- Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (with the exception of subscription contracts).

Lapse of the Right of Withdrawal (Right of Rescission)
The right of withdrawal (right of rescission) lapses for:
- Goods delivered sealed that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
- Audio or video recordings such as CDs, DVDs, etc., as well as computer software delivered in a sealed package, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via your customer account at https://www.kraftmodus.at/account. Select the relevant order and then the return or cancellation request. If you use this online option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us at:

without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
