The Experience of a Bodybuilder
For two decades, bodybuilding has been my passion. I know what it feels like when equipment fails during a crucial set. I've seen hundreds of shakers that smell and leak after three weeks, and used towels that constantly slide off the bench and stink. I know the frustration of equipment that steals focus instead of sharpening it. It's like crafting; bad tools spoil the fun & focus.
The Eye of a Mechatronic Engineer
Professionally, I've been working with metals daily for 20 years. As a mechatronic engineer, I don't just see stainless steel as a material – I know its stress limits, its hygienic properties, and its durability. When I pick up a stainless steel shaker, I don't just see a design; I see the engineering behind it.
The Thirst for Knowledge & Sports Science
Besides practical experience in the gym and technical expertise with materials, one thing has fascinated me for years: What really happens in the body?
I am not satisfied with half-knowledge, gym myths, or "that's how we've always done it" sayings. Whether it's muscle protein synthesis, hydration under high stress, neuroscience, or the biochemistry of regeneration – I passionately delve into current studies and evidence-based sports science.
For me, sound knowledge is just as essential for progress as heavy weights. That's precisely why I transparently share these scientific findings in our KRAFT MODUS Magazine – understandable, honest, and without nonsense.
The Mission: Close the Gap
In 20 years of training, I've tried everything. One thing I've noticed is that there's either cheap equipment that ends up in the trash after a short time, or high-end products that are completely overpriced.
I wanted the "in-between."
My goal with KRAFT MODUS is to offer premium quality – such as high-quality stainless steel and well-designed textiles – at a price that remains fair. Equipment from an athlete for athletes: constructed with the expertise of a craftsman, based on sports science insights, and tested in tough everyday gym life.
